Sorry, I know this has been asked but I can't find the answers. I am getting hair and makeup at a salon and I know it is customary to tip 20%. DO I have to do this for the trials and day of? I feel that I am already paying alot by paying the same for the trial and day of. (95X2 for hair and 65X2 for makeup). I don't wanna be cheap but come on this wedding is a money packman.

I think the general rule is to tip for the trial if its not the owner
yup- they dont tell ya about all the extra $ w/ tip along the way..they really add up!

Personally i would tip bc even though it is a trial they are still doing work on you the day of the trial, you can leave a little less if you want i guess...also remember you dont want to piss the person off who is doing your hair and make up by not tipping them before the wedding.

Just about every trial you do pay for...the people i hired the trials are free but the day of does come out to more than others so kinda balances out lol
