Tipping--please help

I know this has been posted before but there are so many different ideas on this. I'm trying to figure out tips and just don't know what to do. The vendors I have are:
Photographer
2nd photograph
assistant
videographer
hair/makeup
DJ
MC
Ceremony musicians (2)
Matre'd and other venue people.
Anyone else I'm forgetting?

Please help!! I'm so confused.

There are some really great websites if you google wedding tipping. I got some great ideas from them, but i'm not 100% positive on tipping yet. It's a few notches down on my to do list :)

This is what we tipped:

Photographer; $50
2nd photographer: didn't have- I would tip the same
assistant: $50
videographer: $50
hair/makeup:$50 each
DJ/MC: $50 each
Ceremony musicians (2)-didn't have, but we had a steel drum band for CH and tipped each member $20 each
Matre'd: we tipped $4 pp; customary is $3-5 pp depending on the quality of service on your day
Anyone else I'm forgetting?
Bridal Attendant: $100+ dep on service the day of
Limos: if not included, $25+ each driver dep on
service
No one else at the venue usually gets tipped bec its all covered under the gratuity you pay and the maitre d's tip. BM get a percentage of the totalcost of your wedding, so they do not get a tip....
