Alex and I are going back and forth...so you guys tell me what do we tip our band? Do we give each person an 'X' amount or give the band leader 'X' amount and have him split it?! We have 9 or wait is it 10 ppl to tip just for that....so what do you think?!

FH and I are torn on this too. Our band consists of six people that of course we are feeding and they were for themselves so the money we pay them is going in their pockets. Some ppl. have told us that we should give a tip but then I feel that they are already getting the cash in hand too. I know I'm not a help but your not alone.

well thats how i feel...we are also feeding them so right there thats a few hundred...than the $ they get that night...goes right to them...so now tip...do i go w a 18-20% tip than divide that #? i dont know what to do! and cash is getting veryyyyyy tight!!

I don't think tipping is necessary at all. I think it's based on what you can afford though.
If you are feeding them too-you have to decide what you can afford.
