Tipping the Hall

Hey ladies!!

I need some advice!! My hall said that our service fee does not cover the Senior Management Staff...our BM said that is about 20 people! She didn't get specific on who those people are but everyone tells me that number is really high, and i feel obligated to tip everyone...who do you think i should be tipping and how much?? I am so stressed over this because our bank accounts are like wiped out but I want to make sure everyone gets what they deserve ! :/

Happy New Year, 2015 Brides...it's finally our year!!!<3

Tipping the Hall

That seems excessive. Idk maybe have a more in depth conversation with your BM about who all those people are and why exactly you should be tipping them. What are they doing for you?

Tipping the Hall

I think you need to find out who is included in the 'senior management staff' and then determine if they need a tip. Do you know exactly who is covered in your service fees as well?

Tipping the Hall

We tipped the banquet manager, bridal attendant, and the Maitre D'. It is customary at most halls that the large maitre d tip is shared with the rest of the staff. Bartenders are tipped separately by the guests but you can throw them a little something in the beginning to keep the drinks heavy if you so choose.
