Is anyone planning to tip the seamstress? She did a wonderful job on my dress and has been super nice. She obviously gets paid by the wedding salon, do you think it is appropriate to give her an additional $20 when I pick up my dress?

I plan on it and my sis tipped her seamstress too but I dont know if its mandatory
