Tips for the vendors/more

Okay ladies I need your help. I am trying to figure out how much money I need for the tips. What is the going tip rate for the following people:

DJ (I have three people with the DJ service)
Photographer
Videographer
Bridal Attendant
Maitre'D(Think I spelt it correctly I don't know)

Please help ladies

I can tell you what I tipped:

DJ - 100/mc 50/dj
Photographer 150 - Assistant 50
Videographer - Nothing she is the owner
Bridal attendant - 50 because she sucked
Maitre'D $2 p/p but he wound up getting the extra that I took away from Bridal Attendant
