TO DO list...
is there a post of kind of an 'official' TO DO list for our big day? if so, can someone bump it for me? if not, can you ladies please read over my list and let me know if you think i am on schedule with things or if i need to get my butt in gear... and if i'm forgetting anything?!
this site has made me think of things that never would have crossed my mind... and the closer the day gets, the more my mind turns to mush!! TIA
--RH:booked
--Church:booked; have to call pastor and schedule time for rehearsal and make an appt to meet for all details
--DJ:booked; working on music lists
--Photographer:booked; just took e-pics
--Florist:booked; flowers picked out; will go in the fall for sample centerpiece
--Dress: done; in my closet at my parents' house
--Accessories: veil ordered (not in yet); have garter; have necklace; still need other jewlery, headpiece and shoes
--Hair/Makeup Girls:booked; will schedule trials for september
--Dress Alterations:found place; have to call in august for september fittings
--Bridesmaid Dresses: the girls' have 'em and are getting whatever shoes they like/feel comfy in
--Flowergirl Dress:ordered; not in yet
--MOB Dress:ordered;not in yet
--Flowergirl basket and headpiece:got em
--BP Gifts: have one part of the girls' gifts; still working on other ideas; know what we're getting the guys just have to order them
--Parent Gifts: have something for my mom and dad; working on something for his parents
--Cake Topper: check
--Toasting Flutes: check
--Guest Book: check
--Unity Candle: ordered; waiting for it
--Cake Server: check
--Bridal Registries: check
--Honeymoon: booked; final payment due in september
--Rehearsal Dinner: waiting to talk to pastor about time; then FH's mom will book restaurant (have 2 ideas) and i will purchase invites
--Invitations: ordered, stuffed and calligraphied... they're going out monday! woohoo!!
--Have someone to do votive placecards and table numbers as well as menus and bathroom basket poem (not doing programs)
--Bathroom basket: have it, just have to decorate it
--have to pick up 'we do' letters from michael's and decorate
--Limos: have one company booked but am in the process of trying to switch
