Re: to fill up space

oh and just to prove how dumb i am today...I totally have something to share...

tattoo artist - total disappointment...starting from scratch...and I'm tempted to:
1. fly down to FL and see the guys from Miami Ink
2. fly over to LA & Vegas and see the folks from LA Ink & the joint Pinky's hubby owns....

you don't have friends who can recommend an artist in the area?

My nephew is a tattoo artist.

I know what he does when he isn't working so I am not sure I would recommend him. The guy who did HIS tattoos (the ones that he didn't do himself) is awesome. The ones he did himself are not bad either. But I still don't think I would recommend him.

My friends Eddie & Meirav have AMAZING tats from this joint...but their guy wasn't available when I went in, and I got 'stuck' with the guy I was working with....

I trust E&M so much...which is why I went to this place....

I dunno..maybe I'm being too picky?!?!?!

I don't think you can be too picky when it comes to permanently tattooing something on your body.

I would imagine that the wait for the Miami and LA Ink people would be way long though.

This is something that will be a part of your body for the rest of your life, there's no such thing as being too picky.

If there's one thing in this world to be picky about, THIS WOULD BE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: to fill up space

did you guys hear that they are supposedly coming up with an ink that is easier to remove (if you ever tire of your tat) by laser?

I might actually get something like that. something that I could remove if I wanted to.

I am IO to most types of permanancy.

If you don't like what he came up with, tell him- he will change it, and work with you on it.
If you don't like him personally, definitely look elsewhere.
I got mine by a rasta wannabe hippie in VT, so I am of no help.

Proud to be your cronie.

sorry - cant help. but i dont think you can ever be too 'picky' when it comes to your body.

go with your gut. find someone else - or wait for the guy that your friends used.
