To garter or not to garter?

Need your opinion...

We are not having a bouquet or garter toss.

Do I bother spending the money on getting a garter anyway? I can't imagine it would be comfortable wearing one and why waste the money? Then I think - it's tradition and not a lot of money - why not?

What do you think?

Re: To garter or not to garter?

MY husband loved the fact that I was wearing one. He has it on our headboard as a reminder for him

Re: To garter or not to garter?

I think you should- you can always keep it as a reminder of your day- plus since you're not doing the toss, get a really simple one, you can find them for a really good price

Re: To garter or not to garter?

I am having a bo-K toss but not a garter toss. I have decided not to wear one. I feel like it might annoy me to wear it and it is not worth it if no one will know. Plus, even thought they are fairly inexpensive, why spend money if you don't need to. JMO

Re: To garter or not to garter?

I got mine off e-bay for about $7. I'm not doing the tosses either....but I'm still wearing one for tradition.

Re: To garter or not to garter?

I'm not planning on tossing it but I'll definitely be wearing one. I think it's sexy and cute and definitely a tradition. It's also easy to make that your 'something blue'
