To have an MC or not?

Help! Im so not sure if I should have an MC or not. Me and my fiance both come from huge Italian family who love to party and dont need any help on the dance floor. Im just nervous that just having the DJ isnt going to be enough. Please let me know if your having a DJ or a DJ and MC and your thoughts. Thanks grls.

i stressed about this for a long time too, and in the end we decided to get one-it wasnt much more money at all (like 300 bucks), and the way it was explained to me was that if you just have a dj they will have to stay behind the booth the whole night, and your introductions etc will be done, but not with the same level as an mc, if that makes sense..imo id rather have him then worry about things not running smoothly if he's not there
