To Have and To Hold by Jane Green

I have to say, I'm not really feeling it, compared to her other books (Jemima J, Bookends, etc).

Anyone read it?

I liked it much better than Jemima J - that book was so far fetched. I liked it equally to Bookends.

I am almost done- it took forever to get through.

I am not loving it at all.

While reading the book, I liked it well enough--I think Bookends was better, but the storyline flowed.

Afterwards, I have to say there are things that seriously bugged me about the book. One was how clueless the main character seemed. Call me crazy, but I think she had more than enough clues about her husband before the bomb hit. The other was how easily she gave up all of her dreams/likes for her husband, though I suppose that does happen unfortunately.

I finished. I just thought it was boring.
