I would do it hands down!!! I think it sets the whole mood and adds to your whole color scheme! My hall has built in uplighting... I think EVERY hall should have it! But 600 seems pretty good!

Im debating THE SAME THING!!! My DJ quoted me $600 for an uplighting package and I want it SOO BADDDD. But I dont know if I should spend the $600 on it. On one hand....a wedding is about the love and exchanging of vows...but on the other hand IT LOOKS SO PRETTTYYYY

i honestly dont think it is worth it
my friend got married last year in March and paid for uplighting. when she looked at her pictures she thought it was a waste of money. so that was her advice to me - dont waste money on uplighting
edit: as a guest at her wedding i cant even remember what color uplighting she had. so realistically your guests will not pay attention to it. the money can be spend for other things imo

I think uplighting is totally worth it. it really transforms the room and looks amazing in photos. When my sister got married i didn't know what it was I thought she was crazy for getting this and then I saw it and had to have it for our wedding. Its worth the money imo.

Depends on what your room looks like and your budget . I also wanted uplighting, but my room had such classic colors (golds, whites, beige), that I just decided to spend the money elsewhere (adding to our honeymoon lol)

Tell him that. In the few pics I have in my album you can see a bit of the blue but when I get a pro picture...you'll be the first I will show it to.
