We have been dealing with a total scheister on a FSBO townhouse...but our RE agent is awesome...and got us the price and deal we wanted!!!

our bid was accepted tonight for a 3 story townhouse!!!! (in La Jolla...for those that know San Diego)

our fixer upper never came through...so we decided to withdraw and accept this one!!!

Congrats Erica!!! I vote to have the next DZ reunion at your place!!!

My travel agent just suggested I do my bachelorette party in La Jolla! I'm not sure we want to travel that far for a long weekend -but if we do you'll have to come!!!

I got really pissed at the seller...b/c as we were leaving hes like you got a great deal...its really worth $20K more...so I said...its worth what the buyer is willing to pay...

if he could get 20K more why did he come grovelling to us when we wouldn't buy until it was on our terms??

Seriously! LOL!

CONGRATULATIONS! I wish you many happy memories and fun times in your new digs.
