Tomorrow I start

Friday was my 3 mons to go mark and being it was 2 days before Easter, i decided to make tomorrow (mon) the official-Time-to-lose-5-pounds Day . I am pumping up the cardio and eating less and NO sweets except the weekends and NO alcohol except at weddings ( i have 3 between now and my wedding)

good luck! i think the alcohol would be the hardest for me, LOL
with all this wedding stress the martinis really help me cope!
