TOTAL COST OF WEDDING - ESTIMATE!

How much do you girls think your entire wedding is going to cost? When I add it all up, I feel like it's a crazy amount.. and want to make sure I'm in the same ball park as most.
I will definitely be over 50 K

My Budget was 20K. So far it looks like we will be going under budget. Getting some great deals, and doing alot of research and of course this site is a great help.

It really depends on the cost of your reception site... my catering hall alone costs 20...soo I will be close to your estimate once I add in all of our vendors...Figure on double the cost of your rh!

I'm guessing 25k.

FYI, I don't include the cost of the honeymoon in the wedding. I know some girls do but I don't b/c even if were doing a civil thing at city h all, we'd still be taking a honeymoon.

it won't be the same as most, there is no one amount or range mosst ppl pay. Some pay $15-20k, others $30-40k, 50k-60k and then even 75k-100k and higher.

Remember that catering hall will be biggest expense and some have 80 guests while others will have 300 guests and that will be a HUGE difference. Then everyone does different things, some get high cp's others dont. Some get married at an RH and wont rent limo's. Some spend a lot on a dress while others don't. Some will be around same price range as you while others will be a lot less and others more.

I wouldn't pay so much attention to what others are paying, but more to what is your budget and what you can spend.

I had close to 300 guests so our RH bill alone was at the $50k range, but somebody can do the exame same type of wedding i did and have half the guests but meanwhile their budget would be half of what mine was based on that alone. Even if everything else was identical

i wish we had less lol, wouldnt have minded to pay half of my rh bill lol but dh has a huge family so no choice. Just his family were 100 guests or more alone

This really depends on so many different factors: how big the wedding is, when you're having it, if you want lots of additional foods, how many people you are transporting, how much your gown is, etc. etc. etc.

However, I think a reasonable AVERAGE (so it could be way more or way less) for a Long Island wedding is prob b/t $25,000-$40,000

for about 175 guests we are at 45k so far...

our budget is 20k without honeymoon, we are coming in around 18k

My RH alone will be around 30K. With vendors, etc. we hope to only spend about 10-15K more.

I was hoping to not top $35k, but it looks like it'll be a little closer to $40k... that's NOT including the HM. Add another $7500 for that...... Then add in the approximate $35k we have to bring to our closing on May 1st...

I wish money grew on trees... Don't ask where all this money is coming from....

I can stay at 13,500 if I don't add my fancy limo which is 1800 for 3 hrs and the other for my BP and the trumpeteers and birds but I feel like I deserve to have what I want but we will see 9that can bring the budget to 20-25k easily.....but if I keep it basic limos, photo/video,hall, dj,flowers( high cp's)...13,500

were going to be between 20-25k without hm
