At first thought it was the moon, but then we realized it was the towers of light. I'm glad I live where I can see them. I can see them really clearly b/c it's such a clear night. It's...wow. It's weird being in here and kknowing they're out my window. It just struck me how close I live to teh WTC. I mean, I went to school a few blocks from there for 4 years, but it was a 45 min train ride. Really it's only 9 miles. I don't know. it's weird. Just thought I'd share. Can anyone else see them from your house?

I wanted to go into the city last night, but we had to go to a party. I felt really sad to be at a party. Not ready to make it 'just another day' yet

I am so angry I missed it, DH said he saw it on the way home from JFK. I live in Queens, but he told me because of the city lights, I would not be able to see it. I did not even try to look.
