Tracking Down Trunk Show Dresses after Show aaaaand Wedding Salon of Manhasset vs. Kleinfeld

Hi girls,

I tried on a gown I loved at Wedding Salon of Manhasset, but I wasn't 100% sold on it...I'm very nervous about purchasing the gown and it not being perfect/having regret. I kinda doubt I'll have that 'it's the one' feeling just because I'm indecisive and have some body dismorphia going on....Anyway! They are having a trunk show this weekend, so the gown is only in for the trunk show, and it's 15% off for the weekend... While I did love it better than all gowns I've tried on so far, I didn't want to commit right away, because I have an upcoming appointment at Kleinfeld.

Has anyone been to both Kleinfeld and Wedding Salon of Manhasset? Could you compare their selections and your experiences? I absolutely loved the woman who helped me at Manhasset. Her name is Sania, and she is the nicest person I've been to yet. I do NOT have a big budget (not tiny but definitely not big), and she was so sweet, helpful, and showed me soooo many beautiful gowns...I had to arrange my Kleinfeld appointment about a month or so ahead of time just to get one (as many of you know) and seeing as they are supposed to have one of the biggest selections and I didn't get that 'it's the one' feeling, I just feel like I should go to Kleinfeld before making the decision.

Also, have any of you ever been in a similar situation where you've tried to track down a gown after it had already come and gone from a trunk show? I don't really understand why or how it all works...if it's a gorgeous gown from the new year's collection, will the salon most likely get it in within the upcoming months anyway?
