Just wondering if any has had any positive/negative experiences with booking buses to transport you guests to/from the hotel? This is the last thing we have to book (wohoo!), but I have no idea where to start.
We have some many OTT guests I think we'll need a full sized bus. If anyone else has booked one, can you recommend your company? Also, did you have to book the bus for the whole time or were you able to book to two separate one ways?

We're taking the OOTs to NYC after the wedding by bus (it's an afternoon wedding and most have never been to NY before) and the company gave us a choice between one that fit 35 and one that fit 55. My MOH and BM also booked a smaller *party* bus for the bachelor/bachelorette party. I can let you know how the two companies work out after I experience them later this week.

You could ask either your limo company or your hotel who they recommend.

usually your hotel can make a suggestion, and sometimes if you use a hotel rec. one... you can get a price break

I booked a shuttle with Hampton Jitney. So far, they have been really organized and helpful.
