I could NEVER do that! I love my dress too much. More power to those girls, though.

::Drool:: That's my fave. A lot of them though aren't actually trashing the dress and will be good as new after a good washing!

Love these shots! I really thought I wanted to 'trash my dress' but after seeing the paint and car wash ones, they made me realize that some stains can be permanent....hahaha i know i will never get the chance to wear my wedding dress again but STILL It upsets me to dirty it

Re: 'Trash the dress'
Def trashing my dress -- you only live once and instead of having it hang in the closet - i will have memories
dont think ill do paint but i will def like my dress in diff scenery beside the church and reception hall

Re: 'Trash the dress'
Honestly I think that blue and yellow paint picture is ridiculous! It looks sooo posed and cheesy to me. not to mention the cheesy paint all over her face and body...Haha I laughed out loud! I liked the car wash pics, and some of the others. Has anyone ever gotten paint all over them? Not fun to get off! I did a Day-After portrait session and had sooo much fun. We went to playground and played and ran around on all the equipment. That was our version lol.

I completely agree with this.. It seems like a really cool idea and the pictures would probably come out great, but I think I'd rather keep my dress as a keepsake than ruin it. If I have a daughter in the future maybe she can wear my dress when she gets married.

Re: 'Trash the dress'
I plan on doing a trash the dress shoot but i dont think i will go as far as some of these brides did. I dont want to use paint or anything like that i just want to take pictures in my dress in places that you would never do on your actual wedding day. Maybe I'll even wear some cool sneakers or something like that. The woman who is doing my Bpics with does them for a reasonable price and so does my photographer
The underwater picture is my fav

This whole concept really bothes me. There are poor girls out there who can't afford a dress and these girls are ruining something that could make someone else really happy. Yes, in the end it is your dress and you can do what you want with it, but before you throw away $1,000s consider donating your dress to Brides against Breast Cancer or The Bridal Garden.

Everyone is going to do what they want with their dress. Some brides don't even spend over $1000 on their dress. Everyone has their own opinions, but in the end it's their dress & they will do what they want. And whoever can't afford a dress can go to the good will or something. They have cheap dresses out there!
