Tree Lighting

One of my favorite days of the holiday seasons. Going into the city to see the tree later!

Have fun! We are planning on seeing the tree next sunday! Its a yearly tradition that I absolutely love!!

My dad works for NBC (his boss office window faces the tree) so I get to stay nice and warm inside and then we have passes to go in the NBC section outside as we please. I would never go otherwise it is a mad house.

One year that i went I was able to actually see it from up close. Some cops snuck us in gave us passes and everything. It was the year Jessica Simpson and nick was singing on top of the roof. It was amazing to see it in person. As a girl go works in the city I'll wait to go see it I usually go very year but we wait a little ao the crowds go down a bit. Too crowed I hate it. Can't enjoy it. So like a Sunday mid day ill prpb go my first engaged tree lol.

Wow, that is awesome you got to watch from the NBC window! I could never bear the crowds of that.. I'd be annoyed lol

FH and I went last year to see the tree after Christmas shopping one evening. I hadn't been to see it in years! Then we hung around the rink waiting to watch someone fall down so we could get a cheap laugh

Awesome I am going in a few weeks! My FBIL and his wife got us a gift certificate to our favorite restaurant over there called alfredo's of rome...amazing!! If you are looking for a great dinner try it!
