Doing my B-party in AC, and I am helping them plan it. The two hotels we are looking into are Tropicana and Harrah's. Thoughts/Opinion on the two? The Tropicana is cheaper so that may sway people's vote who are being invited.
Also I don't know if this is an AC thing, but why do they make the same room more money for 4 people? This is at Tropica, don't know about Harrah's. All I know is that is sooooo stupid...it's not like they are feeding you so what difference does it make. I mean does it really matter if you lie and say there are 2 people when there are really 4? Has anyone done that? And was anything said to you for doing so?

I just got back from my bachelorette party at Tropicana.....OMG, IT WAS THE BEST TIME EVER!!!! We did Carmine's for dinner, but there were other restaurants there to eat too (PF Changs, Cuba Libre) but definitely make reservations ahead of time because on the weekends it's packed!!! We went to Providence nightclub for a little while, but ended up in the karaoke bar....F'N HYSTERICAL!!!! I've never laughed or heard better music in my life! There's even a diner in the middle of the casino where you can cheese fries at 3am
My FSIL met a guy and ended up smooching on the beach for a while so it's really close to the beach. If you get there early enough, there's a rooftop pool that's REALLY nice and relaxing.
IMO Tropicana was awesome and I wouldn't change a thing!!!
I was waiting for your input since I know you just got back! lol. Wussup with that extra $25 charge per person in a room? I feel like lying and just saying it is 2 people to save the 50 or 100 bucks. It's not like food is included so why charge more?
Def try lying, but they have workers who stand by the elevators asking to see your room key before you get in the elevator on weekends. I've never been on a weekend before, so I['ve never actually seen this, but my MOH and her sister encountered this when they went on the weekend.
My vote is still Tropicana though. I love it there and it's where I got engaged!!!

I definitely vote the Tropicana! I stayed there and it was awesome--on the boardwalk, right by everything. If you wanna do the pool at Harrahs, you can take a taxi...but I think the Trop is more convenient, and the club there is a ton of fun.

I went to Cuba Libre n LOVE IT!!!!
I went first for Dinner n the restaurant 'transform' to a night club! I LOVE the FOOD n the club!!!! =-) Lotta Spanish music =-) Salsa merengue reggaeton bachata... Thats where I want to go for my Bparty too

they ask for room keys at Borgata but you only need to show one for like a group of people. not everyone needs to show one so you can DEF sneak some people in

No.. We decided to stay in the Middle of the Broadwalk, in Bally's
My FH & I spend i say around 2hrs in Tripicana in our trip. Walking around & going to the stores, casinos... their hotel is amazing....
We said that Next time we go together we will stay there....
We gonna do the same thign u doing... We actually gonna sneak MORE ppl than u into our room lol

It may have to do with the specific tower. FH and I stayed at Trop a couple of months ago and our room was HUGE, spotless, and looked like every other AC hotel to me. I was actually less impressed with our Harrah's room than the one we had at Trop. Again, the tower you get may have something to do with this.

You can't to get up to the room you need a key so it's pratically impossible I hated the extra charge policy but it's either pay or everytime you go to the room 4 go up one come back down and go back up again but that takes time! I'd rather pay

You experienced at the Tropicana? I was talking to one of my BM who always stays there and said no one has ever asked for keys.
