Trumpets At The Gate

Hello Brides,
I just got engaged last week and I am starting to look for places online. I stumbled across Trumpets At The Gate, and I was wondering what anyone could tell me about it? Price? Location? Capacity? How was the staff?
I figured I would ask brides before going to look myself.
Thank you so much for your help!

Congrats and Welcome! I have never heard of it. There are tons of nice halls that the girls can suggest. What type of place are you looking for? outdoor space? by the water? What price are you looking to spend per person? We can suggest a few for you to take a look at.

I think i recall seeing one or two girls who will be getting married there. I suggest doing a search.

Otherwise, welcome!

I think I've seen commercials for Trumpets at the Gate. I'm pretty sure it's out east, Hamptons maybe. They state on the commercial its for 'high end' weddings if that helps.

Thank you for your warm wishes, welcomes and responses.
I am hoping to get married in November of 2011, so an outdoor venue is kind of out of the question. I am also looking for places on the water that are in Suffolk County. I am somewhat interested in the Old Field Club, but my search is still ongoing!
Thank you again for your responses, I truly appreciate it!

Also, to reply to your post, I am hoping with tax and gratuity to not go over 120 guests and $150. Is that even doable?
Thank you again for your response!
Happy Holidays!

They were on my list of places to visit but I never got there...we only ended up seeing Old Field Club and we fell in love. I definitely recommend it!!

If you have your wedding on a Friday or Sunday it will be $141/pp...its more expensive for a Saturday by like $20. HTH!

It's in eastport which is on the south shore. I know its south of montauk highway (I pass the sign for it on my way to work), but not sure how close to the water it is.

You should look at lombardis on the bay. It's new and it is ON the water. It's in patchogue.
