Trunk Shows

I got my dress at a Trunk Show.
Its an event where the wedding dress designer (or representative from the company) visits a bridal boutique with his or her entire line of new dresses.
Since most bridal salons often only carry a few dresses from a select group of designers, trunk shows allows the opportunity to see and try on dresses that they wouldn't ordinarily see at that store.
There really isnt a SALE at trunk shows (like i originally thought) but designers usually do offer a discount (I got 10% off on my dress) and sometimes they throw in a few extras (i got a bridal clutch).
