Trying to Sell my Co-Op - AGAIN!

So with he job market as tough as it is and my job ending 12/31 I have to put my apt. up for sale again.

FH and I were going to stay if it didn't sell, but since he has a house in Farmingville and he can't get rid of it... for many reasons which some of you are familiar with....I have to sell mine.

It's a 1 bedroom in Forest Hills.

Here is the link: 1 bedroom Co-op

The MLS # is # 2133508

If you know of anyone that's looking in that area please pass along. There will be an open house this Sunday. from 1-3pm.

Is there a size limit on the pets? Since its a co-op is it sponsered? whats the down payment?
