Ahh, the first of the month... some people have a habbit of making sure 'Rabbit, Rabbit' are the first words out of their mouths in the morning on the 1st of a month to ensure good luck for that month!!
So, what is something you'll do to ensure good luck on the wedding day? Rabbit's foot in your purse?
For me, I'm going to be wearing a silver and blue bracelet that FH bought in 1995, when he was 11 years old that he saved for the 'girl of his dreams.' (He gave it to me on our 2 year anniversary and it's also my 'something blue'!)

For my good luck, i'm hoping to borrow my grandmother's wedding ring (my aunt has it)..something borrowed and something old....having a piece of something hers will be my good luck charm...she will bring me luck (well, with or without the ring!)

Oh I never heard of that little saying....I don't think I will have anything like that to keep the luck with me but I will be wearing my moms ring and have a bk charm of her so she can be my good luck (she passed away last Sept....so surreal still)

I just find that with the right attitude I dont need anything else.
I lived a lot of my life not liking myself and not happy. I wont ever do that again.
So I choose to live a great life every day, and I choose to be happy every day :)

I'll have a sixpence that FH's aunt gave me. I also have a locket from when I was a kid that I'm planning on sewing on the inside of my dress with pictures pf my aunt and FH's mom who both passed away.

As far as I'm concerned, if we both wake up that day, that's all the luck we need!
But I don't have a lucky charm per se...not like that. The closest thing I have are my bouquet charms of my little Angel kitty. I used to pet him and say I needed a rub on my good luck kitty before a test or something, so now at least I'll have his pictures for the day. God I miss him so much.
