Two Piece BM Dresses

Anyone with experience with two piece BM dresses? Are there any issues if you have girls that are a little on the heavier side? Pictures would be great!

no pics yet... but i got 2 pieces cause of two of my girls...it much more flattering and they feel comfortable too

I'm doing a two piece. ... all my girls are a size 10 and under so it works well for them... pics are in album.

Mine was a 2 piece with an optional jacket. All 7 of my girls voted on it (2 dropped out later that's why there is only 5 in the pic) and they range in size from 2 to 26. The skirt was so long that my largest BM decided to wear it right under her boobs, so if the top started to come up, it showed skirt, not belly.

Not sure how well you can see the bead work on the pic, but it was beautiful!!! It came from PC Marys. (That line is good for 'fuller' figures)

My BF had 2 pieces at her wedding. 1 of the girls was chunky and I was not at my ideal weight either! They were beautiful... and the bonus was... the tops were tank style, so when she a first anniversary party, all the BM's wore the tops! I have actually worn the top a few times!

I don't have a pic but I did wear a two piece for my brothers wedding. It was extremely flattering. My SIL's sister was prego at the time. So when the dresses came in, I had lost weight and she had gained weight. Instead of paying all that money on alts we just switched bottoms. Worked out perfect!

Three out of the 5 of my BMs wore two piece sets. They liked it better because it wasnt binding around their waists. They were much more flattering than one piece dresses.

I wore a 2 piece dress for my friend's wedding... the only advice I have is to make sure that the alterations are done right. The bottom edges of my top piece stuck out a bit on the sides and they made my hips look HUGE in all of the pictures.

We tried them on for a friends bridal party. None of us were thin and 3/4 of us hated the way they looked... Also I've heard they are a pain because if you lift your arms your whole belly shows. We ended up getting the same dress, but not as a two piece. It just laid better on us.

(seperates) They get to pick there top and I want them to have the same bottom!

woohooo yeah i get to pick my own top.

seperates is good for all diffrent body types. i been in other wedding where we wore seprstes and they fit everyone very well.

I wore a two piece in a wedding party with girls that varied from a size 1 to a size 14 0r 16 and the two pieces made everyone very happy. We were able to pick diiferent style tops and honestly that was great because everone looked best in the right cut for them.
