WE ARE!!!! Oh my goodness! DH is a video nut! He has so many funny videos of him and his friends growing up, from elementary school through after high school! They have skits and fake wrestling matches...School projects...He loves it! So he is like, flipping coming up with fun ideas!! Woohoo!!!! The only thing I am nervous about is my tattoos. I don't think they would consider someone with so many visible tattoos. But it's worth a shot!!!

I went to school with your hubby. Good Old Saint Catharine's of Alexandria, lol we were in the strictest school ever. All of the SCA people are on facebook and when he posted your wedding pictures I was like wait a sec she's on LIW. It really is such a small world.

Kim clarified it for me, the original entry page said that you needed to submit your entry by 11/13 but had to include a pic of you at your wedding, which would disqualify most November and December brides, but we can just submit any pic of us!

We won't have a wedding pic before the deadline!!! FH sooooooooo wants to do it. When I asked him a few weeks ago he was like he!! yay. He was drooling over the tools last year!!!

Not only am I shy and not wanting to do TWOTY, but even if I DID, there is NO WAY FH would go for it. He would not see the point of it and hates getting dressed up!

So excited to see who is chosen!!! Do we get to see your videos too???

I wish I could. Being out of state would just be too hard to coordinate meetings and getting to meet everyone

Client Services - So the TWOTY isn't that LIWeddings, etc are coming to your actual wedding - it's like a fab 2nd wedding? What a cool idea!!

Besides sending in the video and applying, as well as the fittings, what would be required of the bride and groom prior to this event?

Sounds like a blast and last year's looked stunning

(And of course it would include an amazing review on the Brides Review page!)

Would any of the bride and groom's real family or bridal party attend?

I have a stupid question... If you don't get chosen or apply to be in TWOTY can 09 brides still go as guests??? For some reason I thought only '10 brides could go but I am hoping I am wrong!

Vin was the one who decided it would be nice to makeout with the pumpkin sitting on the fire truck..pretended that it was his long lost friend...

No I wasn't there. I will def have to go the next one. I think its great that so many of us still talk after all of this time. Our school was so small. there were less than 50 kids per grade. Maybe I will see you at the next reunion.

LOL I know what you mean, The nuns were crazy over there and ask him about Mrs. Joseph and the notebooks she used to make us cut with a razor lol. If you were chewing gum they would make you stick it on your nose. There were a few times that people had there hand taped down to the desk for leaning on it and some feet for crossing of the legs. It was a little nuts over there but it was still a good time lol.
