I think it should be first come first serve. Posting at 10pm is the way I would prefer it.

I also like the idea on the '11 board that you should up the minimum post count. I think that would help keep it fair, too.

I'm sorry,IMHO, but that would just be too bad. They'll have more opportunities to go if they are 2012 or 2013. If they were a real LIW'er, they'd have enough posts. It's not that hard to get 200-500 posts.
