TWOTY Officiant

I heard the TWOTY had an offiicant. I'm in the process of looking for an officiant.

What was everyone opinions on the TWOTY officiant and does anyone know his name so I can contact him? I'm going to also call Pastor April and set up an appointment.

TIA
