Ugh Macys!!!

Just checked my registry... my china pattern went up in price by $35 bucks per place setting! I hate that!

macys is so back and forth with their registry- they used to tell me it is different in stores bc the website is their west coast prices....

It had one price when I registered then a few months later it had the same price but it said 'sale' now it is higher then I want my guests to pay

thats why I registered in two places for my china, that way the guests can choose where they want to buy it from. But I wouldn't worry about Macy's, they have sales all the time, it will be on sale again, don't worry

I'm having the same problem, but it's with Fortunoff. We've been registered for over a year and our china has been the same price all along. My shower invites went out a week ago and my china went @$35 also!!!! It's so frustrating.

I did the same thing but I did it for china, flatware and stemware too.

I know how you feel, I registered at macys first and added my china and casual plates from them, then a week later I registered at bed, bath and beyond and found both those items for a lot cheaper, I was so mad...I should have just done everything there instead!!

I have a similar issue...i SPECIFICALLY registered for stemware that was reasonable and sold by the set....now they set option is gone and they're $18 a GLASS!!!!! I hate macys

you're not the only person who's complaining about the same thing. it seems like Macy's a terrible place for a lot of ppl here... their prices are always fluctuating. shouldnt the price have the potential to go down..? that i understand but having teh price raise??? it's just so shady to me. strange policy on pricing.

I registered at Fortunoff, Macys and BB&B problem is my mom went on all 3 sites to adjust as things were bought on one registry....i'm not sure if guests really comparison shopped, tho
