Ugh, my family s u c k s.

Out of 57 people invited on my side, only 26 peopl are coming. That is less than 50%. My family has really shown their true colors during this wedding process I need hugs, please!

Oh Beth!! It just doesn't seem to get any better....but as I keep telling you...keep in mind WHAT you're goin got be doing that day, not WHO WON'T be there. Revel in the the day with the friends and family that are there!!!

My mistake, 27, not 26. But I forgot to mention that 12 of the 27 are my parents' friends. So friends are coming, but my FAMILY who is supposed to be supportive just don't want to come.

mine too - of the 23 people i invited (my family's very small), 9 are coming. admittedly my entire family is from out of town but i had quite a few unexpected no's from people who had said they would make the trip when they got the info over a year ago.

there's 2 days in a weekend. they could do the plans the next day. i saw peoples true colors come out during the planning

Thanks. But what hurts is that there are certain family members who clearly don't care because they are not coming. People who I thought did care.
