lots of protein like chicken soup, lots of REST...that helped me alot....I was coming down with something right before too, it's all the stress and running around. try to give some of the last minute stuff to someone else to take the load off of you
lots of water and OJ too!

definately zicam.........fh just started feeling sick recently too.....hopefully it will clear up before this weekend for us
