when the cord fell off, was it still 'icky' in the belly button? was it still raised a bit?

Yes it was gross for a little while and it stuck out too. The Dr. told me it eventually goes goes. Rebecca's has already and she's 2 months yesterday.

Yes and yes. Jack's is still sticking out a little bit around the edges. I'm glad to hear that it should go down eventually.
