there is a member of the party that wasn't really happy with her status in the BP and we talked it over & I kinda gave her an honorary position.. fast forward now.. we haven't seen each other in months and its been weird.. I know it's not looked well upon but I really want to have a talk with her and just say this is why i did what i did orignally and id like her to continue to be a part of my BP but as a BM as planned.. what do you guys think?

I completely understand where you are coming from and a lot of brides go through situations like that with their BP. That being said i would just leave the situation alone. Reminding her why she is not your MOH (which i assume is what you meant) will only hurt her feelings even if it really makes perfect sense and i totally agree with you on it but certain things are left unsaid. Some people migt disagree with this and say just say how you feel which normally i am like that i was just avoid this bc i wouldnt want any tension at all or any negative energy surrounding my wedding and then once the wedding is over re evaluate your relationship with her

Re: Uncomfortable situation continues...
has she been neglectful in her honorary position duties? I ask b/c I just want to understand why you want her back as a BM. Is it b/c you and her are not close so you don't feel she should be in the other position?
Either way, this will be a tough conversation. I always say honesty is best.
Sorry hon, IDK what to really say.
