i think we are going to come under our minimum and we do not have anyone else to invite. Did this happen to anyone else and if so what did you do??

Re: under the minimum
instead of having your vendors eat at half or no price, they should allow you to count your vendors as part of your guest list to bring up your minimum by a few.
Also, I have heard of alot of places throwing things in for free to make up for the fact that you are paying for more people then you have to.

Re: under the minimum
We invited a couple co-workers last minute, and also offered for them to bring a guest. Then I also invited a few extra LIW girls with their FH/DH's.

Re: under the minimum
We'll find this out at our meeting on Wednesday. We have 217 with vendors and our minimum is 225...eek! FMIL was supposed to call people a month ago but only called them last week and we STILL don't know if they are coming

Re: under the minimum
I was under my minimum and our RH is going to count our vendors as full price and added an additional seafood station to our CH.

Re: under the minimum
Our RH graciously lowered our minimum by A LOT for us. They also allowed us to include vendors and children in our count. HAMLET WILLOW CREEK IS AWESOME!

I am going to be way under. I am going to add extras and possibly invite a few LIW girls to fill seats.

Re: under the minimum
Is it so bad that I wish I would be under??? I still get upset when people rsvp no, but there are others that I still feel like we need to invite and didn't......
Talk to your RH and see what they say... If not, yeah, why not ask some LIW girls??
