Re: Under your gown...
it really depends on what kind of dress you are wearing. i wore one to add some 'puff' to the bottom of my dress. some people dont, if they dont want that ball gown look. maybe post a pic of your dress and let some of us see if you need one!

Re: Under your gown...
Here's a pic of my dress, I would like the ball gown look.
Christy I bought this off ebay thanks to someone on here who gave me the link, (susans). I got it and I love it. You can remove the hoops or make them wider or thinner and it's a great price! I also have a ballgown & this is perfect!
Jennbaby, I was just looking at that on ebay! Maybe I will bid on it! Thanks, oh do you have a pic of your dress? You can forum mail it if you want. I would love to see what you are wearing.

Beautiful gown! You probably will need a petticoat under it. Does the store where you bought your dress have petticoats too? I bought mine where I got my dress, so I could try them both on to make sure they worked together.

Re: Under your gown...
I bought mine at the store where I bought my gown for $100 so if you can get it for $25 on ebay that would be a steal

Re: Under your gown...
Just a little note - we were at a wedding recently where the Bride had nothing under her gown - no slip, no crinoline, nothing. The dress just sort-of hung on her. It didn't look right (or maybe it was just bad alterations). I think you need something underneath to give the dress a shape. JMO!!!!

Christy, there is no good pic of my dress online, so I never post it. But I am forum mailing it to you. I never showed anyone yet, so feel privileged LOL just kidding! However, even if you don't like this crinoline, the price isn't crazy...and you can even resell it.
