I'm having too many issues with one of my BMs....it's my sister on top of it! So I want to just drop her from the BP altogether. My question to you WISE and very HELPFUL ladies is, will it look tacky now if my BP is uneven? FH will have 3 guys and I would be left with only 2 girls....what do you think? TIA

There is absolutely nothing wrong with having an 'uneven' bridal party. This is your special day and if you want to have 8 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen, then that's what you should have
Hopefully things will work out between you and your sister. It would be a shame if there were tensions between the 2 of you on your wedding day.
