uplighting - perimeter lighting - wall lighting... all the same. they use LED lights. the colors rotate. you can have them change every 20 seconds, or every hour. think about it... say you have them change every 20 minutes. say it's red... changing to yellow.... because it takes 20 mimnutes... you wont even notice the change... it will gradually change over 20 minutes. i think thats awesome!!!!

I looked at the DJ I think we're going to book and the uplighting is $795 for 15 fixtures...seems a bit steep for us

im weird with lighting...we only wanted uplighting because it gives the room a whole effect.. like sets the mood.
we didnt book any other lighting because we didnt want it to feel like a club

I feel the same - so do you think i should get rid of the basic light package i have?

what time is your reception and does your room have a lot of windows? if its day time and you have a lot of sunlight in the room i think having lights looks silly
