So I just received an email regarding a San Patrick's trunk show at Pronovias Flagship on my birthday (the 27th). I figured, let me call up, see if my dress is there and see what price would get ordering through the trunk show. The lady at the store tells me:
'Oh, we are no longer carrying this dress because it's being discontinued'
So I immediately call Monica's Bridal (which is where I have an appt on the 24th and where I will be ordering my dress from) and I told the lady I heard San Patrick is discontinuing my dress. She told me that they still do have the sample in the store and what she will do is call San Patrick to see if and when they are discontinuing and if I will be able to order the dress. If i call up and it turns out they are, I may even just take the sample they have in the store, that's how much I want this dress!!!!!
Please pray that they are not discontinuing the dress!

One of the stores I was in told me that if they know a dress is being discontinued, if and order is on hold, most of the time the manufacturer will still process that order, they just won't take any new orders.
Call them back at 6:00, and hopefully you'll have good news!! Fingers crossed for you!
yeah that's the thing, my order is not on hold at all! I have no money down towards it or anything. I am definitely calling at 6 but i'm itching to call right away. I really hope they were able to contact them.

so I just called and she was not able to get anyone on the phone. I left my number with her and she is going to try calling first thing in the morning and call me back.
I hate that this is gonna be dragged out another day!!

LOL no I have not but as soon as i got to work I started getting knots in my stomach again. I don't think they open until 11 anyways so I have to at least be somewhat patient until around 12 if she keeps her word and calls first thing in the morning.
I am going to try and find the number to San Patrick myself and try calling.

Monicas Bridal just called me and she told me she just spoke with them and the dress is not being discontinued at all since it's a 2010 dress and the next ship out date for the dress is July 5 so she said I am totally fine!!!
This is such a huge relief.
Damn that Pronovias Flagship store for giving me a heart attack!!!

whew. i'm so glad. this may sound weird, but I was thinking about you and your dress issue since you haven't updated. lol
I just know id be so sad if i fell in love w a dress and was planning on ordering it soon and someone told me it was discontinued.
