UPDATE: Caiden's Dr. Appt...

Well, he is borderline with the Thrush, but the doctor gave me a prescription anyway just in case. He said he probably got even the little bit that he has from when we were in the hospital. They had given him some kind of medicine that had steroids in it. And he now also has an ear infection, which he said is very common after you've had RSV. Aaaaahh! My poor baby! He has been through sooooo much this past week. He also said that RSV is very contagious and that he did catch it from someone else, probably his daycare. Now they just told me at daycare this morning that 2 kids in an older class has the Hand, Foot and Mouth disease. OMG... he better not get that too! The last time that was going around in the baby room he didn't get it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Oh I just love the cold, holiday season. I think everyone I've come across is sick with something or another. Can't get away from it!

Melissa make sure that your day care is washing all the toys with a bleach water mixture at least once a week, once a day for toys going directly in children's mouths.

Hope he is feeling better

My daughter had mild thrush and we bought acidophilis capsules and opened them and put the powdered contents in her food, this REALLY helps, you can't overdose on this supplement.
Definitely have the daycare wash all the toys, coxsackie is NOT something you want Caiden to get, it is very painful for them and frustraing for you

Plus, you can get Coxsackie as well if Caiden gets it. to you, you need a break!

Make sure you are treated as well...even your nursing bras and everything. Otherwise it will just go back and forth. Even if you are asymtomatic, you can still have it.

at least it is only mild thrush...I agree...wash all of your bras in blench for the next few weeks and make sure you are also treated or else you will just keep passing it back and forth to each other.
