I called EoM back and told her NO ONE has the dress so she offered to let me come try it on at her place in NJ!!!! Thank you so much Kristen for giving me the contact info!!!!! I am so excited!!!!

So I posted a while back that I am having doubts about my dress. Lately I have been obsessing over this dress so I called Paradise Bridal and they said I have another two weeks where I can change my dress without any penalty. They carry EoM but they don't have this dress in stock... so I have to find some place to try it on... I called Lillette's, Commack Wedding Center, ALL of the Bridal Reflections, The Wedding Plaza in Floral Park and NO ONE has it. It's still on her website so I can't see that it has been discontinued.... are there any other stores on the island that carry Eve of Milady that I might be missing???
I NEED to try on this dress....

So I called Eve of Milady and they told me to call BR in Manhattan because there is NO WAY they don't have it. I called and the woman told me they sold their sample because it is an older style. EoM DOESN'T have a loaner program so I can pay something like $150 to have them borrow one and then if I want the dress thr $150 would be applied towards the cost of the dress. So I guess I should see if Paradise will do the same thing for me.
Then I called Lillette's back and convinced them to give me the style # of the dress which she said was 4219. when you google it the dress that comes up iws the wrong dress... I haev to wait until 4 to call Paradise to talk to Donna but I am so upset... this should have been easy!!!!

did you ask paradise bridal if they could call another store and have it shipped to them for you to try on? when i went looking for dresses and showed them pics of dresses i liked, they said they could call around.

They didn't offer but I have to call back tomorrow. I just called there to see if they knew the actual style number but the woman who was there had no clue. They told me that EoM doesn't have a loaner program either... but for the love of god just buy one! They'd be the only store on the island with the freakin dress!!!

definately call Village Bridal. I was just about to answer your fm saying that i didnt think e27 was what you were looking for if you wanted something similar to mine. i think you said e27, no? anywayyyyy...yup, call as many places as you need to. also, i love this dress but i did try on a bunch of dresses very very similiar at bridal reflections, centereach bridal (where you should call tooo!!!!) and bridal reflections in mass.
so remember, like you said to me, you are kind of kicking yourself for not trying on different styles (i went through the same thing), go full force now and go try on a million dresses in a million styles and that will be your best way to find a dress you are totally i love with. good luck babes

E26... the pic is the one at the top... it's a different style than yours, the bodice is different but the skirt looks similar (I think??) and it has that same simple elegant look to it...

I LOVE that dress!!! That was my one of two favorite dresses. I had the same problem...nobody had it. Bridal Reflections should be able to get it for you. They told me they could...but you would have to pay a fee (forget how much it was).
I tried on a very similar dress at Lilette's. I actually thought it was the same dress, but it wasnt.

No one has it yet. I am going to try and call EoM today (Kristen gave me the #) and I have to call back Paradise Bridal to see if they'll give me the actual style number so I can hunt this thing down!! Laura told me the numbers on the website are not the same as the numbers people use when ordering the dress.... this is so frustrating!!!
