I'm sorry this is happening and I don't know of any places off the top of my head except for the Irish Coffee Pub. The food is excellent.

Just remember that a small wedding can be beautiful and memorable. The most important part of your day are the vows themselves. It will all be ok!!! You're doing the right thing and it's very honrable to put your daughter first. Hugs!!!

I am so sorry that you are going though this. i wish I knew Suffolk- If you want to go to Queens I can give you a few options

any price that you dont want to go over per person that will help you save money.

I will do some research for you this weekend.

Well did you work out what you can afford per person? What about cutting down the guest list as well? That alone would save you a ton.

I wish I knew of places to suggest, but I don't know Suffolk. All I can do is offer lots and lots of hugs!

I always recommend Miller Beach Surf Club for smaller weddings. The outdoors is gorgeous and you can pick the menu starting at $28 per person. The ceremony area overlooks the water!

Im so sorry! Is there a way for you to maybe check out getting married on a Thrs or Sun - sometimes they give very good breaks on days that arent a fri or sat ..

It will all work out. It doesnt matter where you get married, it will still be an amazing time for you and your fiance and daughter! Hang in there!!! XO

Also, even though I had problems with them, I would suggest Martha Clara. The site fee is $1,000 and you can bring in your own caterer, we did a buffet style, hired servers, brought in beer, got the wine through them, for about 85 people, it was around $2500. Its definitely very affordable and the grounds are beautiful.

Here's a little more info on what we would like to do even though...well, I don't know. I am so upset still that it seems nothing but the Vineyards will do.
But here you go this is what we were looking to maybe do:
We are still looking to hold our wedding on 10/17/10 but would like to have the ceremony outside somewhere beautiful and have a small reception elsewhere like maybe a restaurant for 50 people or less. What are your ideas...Help me pleaseeeeeee!!

I know the owners of Red Rooster and Pepe's in Cutchogue. If your interested in those restaurants, let me know and I can make a few calls.

My aunt and uncle had a small wedding outside. It was beautiful. Then the reception was in the restaurant part. I will find out where it was. Pretty sure it was Suffolk or border of Suffolk/Nassau. It was beautiful. Gardens/gazebo

Or the Pavillon in Kings Park. Right on the beach. Affordable prices. I think it was like $60 a person.

we got married at the west sayville country club and our min was 50, its in suffolk and on the water and you can get married outside.
we also looked at snapper inn & riverview. oakdale
riverview is beautiful but you can have your own music its more like a dinner. they may still have a dj there at that month and you can use their dj . also you can get married outside there before the restaurant opens.
