Okay so thanks to you amazing Ladies...we have solved our issue!!!!!

What about the Northport Yacht club? They offer the room to non-members and its a gorgeous view that's perfect for a smaller party.

Did you try sunset harbour? It is beautiful and they are very reasonable.

Ok Ladies....(insert Deep Breathe here) FH & I are alot calmer this afternoon. I thank you all for all your kind words and suggestions.
It has made things seem bright & better.
And so now FH & I are (as a few put it so wisely!!)
'REPLANNING' our day to fit us!!

Look into Smithtown Landing, I went to a nice shower there, and I know people have had weddings there.

If I think of anywhere I will let you know, but the only place I can think of, and if it wasn't so far from all our guests is that

Outside ceremony in Greenport either on the docks or behind the carousel(i don't know what type of permits you'd have to look for) and a Reception/Dinner at Claudio's Restaurant on the Pier.

Huntington Harbor Club is in Suffolk and totally affordable! When I was quoted for a 10/09 wedding, they also were really flexible on the menu in ways that would increase or decrease the pricing.
