Mom met with the breast surgeon today for her post -op appointment. She was told that the cancer was Stage I and not stage II as they originally suspected! According to the doctors it is possible that she may not even need chemotherapy! We will find out further news next week! Thanks for all of your prayers...I think someone upstairs was listening!

I guess it is true what they say...everything happens for a reason. And to just think that i took her to the doctor for a completely unrelated reason. We really are very lucky that we caught it in the early stages.
