UPDATE on the board meeting...

we have our interview with the board. I wonder what they will ask us...we already gave them everything they could possibly want....

Wish us luck...if all goes well we will be moving in a month and a half!

So we had the board meeting last night. It was the funniest thing. Basically they just lecured us on garbage, recycling, keeping the grounds clean and walking lightly on our feet so we don't disturb the people below us.

They also mentioned that they loved our recomendations and the package we sent them was impressive. I so badly wanted to say....thank you I worked so hard on my recomendations!!

So we got a call later last night that we were APPROVED!!! YAY...looks like our closing is October 15....can't wait to tell my landlord!!!

Good Luck...everything will be fine!!!! This must be sooooooooooo exciting for you!!!!

They probably just want to make sure you will be respectful of the neighbors, etc.
