Re: table names
i think either would be great, but i prefer the li winerys. you could even get the logos of each individual winery and frame it on the table. just an idea . . .

Re: table names
can you think of 20 types of wine???? blush white zinfindel red zinfindel merlot cabernet sauvigon chardoney pinot grigio pinot noir
you could also do regions. for example, among bordeaux there are pomerol, st. emilion, st. julien; among italian wines there are chianti, brunello di montalcino, etc. if your and/or your fiance's family comes from a wine-producing country, you could mix and match regions with more typical wines produced in the US. hope this helps!

Re: table names
there are lots...including
asti barbaresco barbera d'alba barolo brunello di montalcino chianti etc....
a wine book would have a much more comprehensive list than what i can recall!

Re: table names
if you do the different names of wine... you could put one bottle of it in the center of the table by the centerpiece... as an extra gift for someone to take home...

Re: table names
I vote for names of vineyards. I am doing the same thing for my wedding, but using California vineyards because that's where we're going for our honeymoon!
Edited to say that there are about 25 vineyards in Long Island, so you have plenty to choose from. Just my opinion!!!!
