I don't blame you I am the same way - I had a friend once who acted like this and the last straw was when she cancelled plans with me on my birthday I finally sent her an email saying i was sick of it and that I saw no reason to keep her as a friend if this how she was going to treat me. Do you think she even gave a crap or even said sorry?? NOPE - I had to do this with a few people and life is much better off now...

some people arent worth it.
happened to me. I became very good friends with this girl-did a lot for her-stood by her when everyone was giving her a hard time. She is just not a normal person and we arent friends anymore. my life is so much better without her. hopefully yours will be too!

I'm sorry, some people just don't know how to be a friend. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this. I just posted something about a co-worker that I became close with and she always flakes out and then acts like it's not a big deal. Here's the post. You can see that you are not alone and some people are just completely not worth it, no matter how annoying it is at the time. Hope everything works out for the best.
