I am in the worst plateau ever! I know I can work through it but not seeing the scale move as regularly as it was is so frustrating and not conducive to my motivation!

So, how long is the longest your weight has plateaued?

Are you losing inches? Weight doesn't matter! If you're working out you could be losing inches but not losing any weight.

I think maybe a few weeks. If you are trying to lose pounds(don't weigh yourself if you are lifting weights) via cardio and diet, change up the cardio. That has really helped me in the past.
