I never gave Leonards any of them- nor even knew that hey needed/required them..
They never asked- i never provided

Really? Wow. I saw t on my contract and called and asked. Maybe I shouldn't have done that...

the vendors may have sent it over on their own and thats why you never knew about it.....It is very typical that the RH requires insurance from any vendor that will be onsite. If the video person has done wedding in the past im sure he has had to get insurance. He can get a one day policy.

This is what I was thinking. But in my experience. some of the busier wedding venues never contact vendors and never ask.

Are the photographer and videographer from the same company? If so and the photographer has insurance your ok.

No. Coincidentally they have just worked the same wedding a few times.

Yes, they did. It was stated in our contract with RH. In our contract they said if someone doesn't have insurance that for $500 that vendor can get on RH insurance for 1 day.

Like a previous posted said, there is a liability form they can sign if they don't have insurance so ask the reception hall about it.
