Uplighting Colors

We are having uplighting at our reception but I havent been to many wedding with uplighting. For those that are having uplighting, are you keeping it the same color all night or changing colors?

Our DJ changed it through out the night (I didn't notice) but when I see the Zap shots I see different colors
